What is In Touch?

MGM Healthcare’s new communication tool for corporate compliance, In Touch, is designed exclusively for all MGM Healthcare employees and consumers. In Touch is operated by a company independent from MGM Healthcare so you can feel free to express your concerns, questions or comments directly to the senior management of MGM Healthcare on a confidential basis.

In Touch is designed to make this confidential communication as convenient as possible. Contact In Touch 24 hours a day, seven days a week with your feedback or any matter which you would like to report. You can speak to a live call center, leave a voicemail, send an email, or visit the web portal.

How to Use In Touch

Visit the In Touch website, email TellMGM@GetInTouch.com or dial toll free 1-844-894-2988. You may choose to identify yourself or remain anonymous. Before using In Touch, please carefully consider whether this matter is a broad issue or one that should first be presented to your manager.

When using In Touch, your name and email address will be removed from any message unless indicated otherwise. The independent company that runs In Touch will transcribe your voice message, and only the written transcript will be sent to MGM Healthcare to make sure nobody will hear your voice.

In Touch will generate a case number when you deliver your message. In order to receive a response from senior management, call back after five business days and have your case number ready.

Your Confidentiality is Essential

MGM Healthcare is required to keep all information confidential unless there is a threat of an illegal act. Unless you choose to identify yourself, there is no way for MGM Healthcare to know who provided the information. This ensures that anything you say can be completely confidential and anonymous.

In Touch is not intended to replace existing compliance policies or established grievance procedures. We encourage you to address any questions, concerns or issues directly with your manager or with a member of the human resources staff. However, if you are not comfortable doing so, or are not satisfied with the response you have received, you should consider using In Touch.
