Sunset Health Care has provided individual person-centered care to residents and their families in the Franklin County area for over 30 years.  Our mission has been to provide the highest quality of care with a personal touch.  Sunset provides multilevel services so individuals will not have to leave their “home” community.

Sunset Health Care rests on 14 wooded acres in the rural community of Union, Missouri.  We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurances.

Care

Sunset Health Care specializes in acute nursing care, wound care, trach care, TPN, Huntington’s Disease, dementia and other related disorders.  We also have specialization in behavioral and psychological intervention.  

Sunset offers physical, occupational, speech and restorative therapies 7 days a week.
