Field Engineer / IT Support Job Summary:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a primarily Windows environment.  Assist with keeping our end users productive and devices updated and functional through monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner. Maintain expertise in the field by keeping up with industry standards.  Work both onsite at the Home office and provide field support to our growing Healthcare Company.

Field Engineer / IT Support Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3years experience supporting IT, preferably in the Healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems from Windows 7 to current
  • Willing to travel

Other Requirements:

  • Experience with requirements management, diagramming, use case development
  • Experience in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies
  • Experience in the design and production of quality deliverables
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office products including Visio
  • General understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Vendor relationship skills
  • General understanding of a variety of operating systems
  • Ability to work in a complex technical environment

  • Coordinate with external vendors for infrastructure maintenance
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to keep track of multiple projects and issues
