One thing that really stood out was the atmosphere—residents had smiles on their faces and were happily chatting and joking with some of the nurses as they passed by. It gave me good feeling knowing my mom would be in great hands!

Amber, the administrator, has gone way beyond the "call of duty" over and over to make Moms life better. I can't imagine how it could be improved. I can sleep at night knowing she has the best possible care.

The care was amazing, they were so wonderful with my mom. They are one on one with patients. From the administration to the therapist. I can't say enough about the care. If you're looking for a rehab or permanent care for your loved one, please go in and talk with them. I'm glad I did. From a scale of 1-10, they're definitely a 20.

The dietary staff was great! Meals being served were like a restaurant. The relationship between staff and patients was great. It was a wonderful place to visit or to have your love one's. Keep up the good work.! It is hard to find this type of service for the people that need it.

Dr. Stone gave me a sense of security and reassured me that my family member will be taken care and treated with dignity and respect. The facility was clean and sanitize.

The staff is both caring and attentive. She loves her spacious living quarters, enjoys daily activities provided by the facility (they have an awesome Activity Director), and she has made several new friends.

Bentwood rehab center is the best skilled nursing facility I have been to in my life. They treat the residents like family. The residents’ family members also seem relieved their parents & loved ones are being treated with dignity and respect. I really enjoy seeing the nursing staff everyday. They are so beautiful inside and out.

Such a wonderful place. The facility gives my loved one independence but is also taken care of. I feel so much safer knowing my loved one is being taken care of and hasn't lost her sense of independence.

My great aunt was at Bentwood for therapy. She loved the staff and she stated they all treated her like family. She loved the food especially the breakfast and the coffee was available around the clock for her as she likes. The therapy team got her up and getting around very efficiently. My family is very grateful to the entire Bentwood team!!!

The Forest Hills staff are sensitive to our mother's specific dietary and care giving needs, and does their best to accommodate her. The tone at Forest Hills is set by the administrator, Amber Chavez, who has created a positive, patient, caring approach that is felt through the entire team.

St. Sophia Rehab and Health is an extraordinary establishment in wound care, displaying a remarkable commitment to my fathers wound healing journey. They implement skillful treatment but also a genuine and profound dedication to ensuring the best possible healing outcomes. I cant speak for everyone, but I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

The admissions team I think her name was Ayla that I worked with at Bentwood made the transition for our family completely stress-free. They explained every step, worked with the hospital, and stayed in touch daily. She even came out to meet with us answered or questions and heard our concerns and worries.

One of my relatives needed skilled nursing care and I was proud to have her here. She received excellent skilled nursing care and therapy and is excelling at home. I would recommend anyone in the community needing services to come to our facility.

The nurses, CNAs, and therapy team went above and beyond to ensure my loved one’s comfort, safety, and recovery. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a calm, home-like environment. What stood out the most was how attentive and compassionate the team was—always checking in and making sure any concerns were addressed quickly.

This facility is lovely and every single staff member here has been wonderful; from nurses to housekeepers, therapists to the folks in the dining hall, doctors to shuttle drivers. I have been very well cared for by people who are as compassionate as they are efficient.

The food is much better than I expected. Staff is friendly. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. Nursing staff always makes sure you're comfortable and feeling ok. Maintenance handles any problems...I can't say enough. I heard good things about the facility before I came and I'm continuing to tell people the good things about Forest Hills. Highly recommend.

I moved into Forest Hills Assisted Living Center approximately two weeks ago and everyone is super nice. Jessica is a ray of sunshine. The staff greet you by name everytime they pass you in the hallway. Everyone tries to make you feel welcome.

Bentwood is bringing forth true change, starting with an incredible team. The administrator, Dr. Stone, is very compassionate about her employees and residents. She takes pride in her job and goes above and beyond! She is willing to address any concern involving your loved one and is very easy to talk to.

In a time of stress and uncertainty, Ayla was a true blessing. Her bedside manner is exceptional—calm, kind, and always reassuring. She took time to explain every detail, answer our questions, and check in regularly just to see how we were doing. Bentwood is lucky to have someone so dedicated to making residents and families feel like more than just a number. She made all the difference.

Bentwood is a true gem in the Florissant community! I can’t say enough about the amazing care and compassion at Bentwood Nursing & Rehab. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of family.

We didn’t encounter one single person who didn't obviously know and care for their residents. The building looked and smelled good as well. I really appreciate everyone’s willingness to ensure we had everything we needed.

The rehab here has been an excellent experience for me and my wife. Everyone here has been so kind and supportive. We have been blessed for me to be able to recover here in this pleasant and comfortable place with such caring individuals. Everyone has been wonderful to us.

Absolutely awesome place. All the staff treated my husband with concern, dignity and professionalism. We were impressed with the manager who quickly helps out when needed. The facility was clean and the food was great. A constant schedule gave residents and temporary residents the opportunity to participate in several activities a day. I would not hesitate to take up residence there myself. I give Forest Hills six stars. I have 2 adult children in physical therapy and they both were impressed.

Everyone is very friendly, understanding, and willing to work with any special requests. There are many activities the residents are able to enjoy. I own a commercial janitorial service and have never had any issues with the cleanliness of the facility. Thanks y'all.
